Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken spoke with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba today via phone. The two discussed progress in Ukraine's counteroffensive as well as preparations ahead of this week's NATO Summit in Vilnius, Lithuania. The Secretary reiterated steadfast U.S. support and continued security assistance as Ukraine continues to defend itself against Russia's aggression.
