We have taken note of the growing number of reports leaked to the global media about a large-scale search by the United States and its North Atlantic allies throughout the world for Soviet, Russian and Western weapons and ammunition for Vladimir Zelensky's regime.
We know well about the continuing, unprecedented pressure by the Western masters of Zelensky and his criminal "team" on the countries that purchased such weapons and ammunition for national defence. They are using the most disgusting methods of blackmail, up to and including threats of physical violence, seizure and withdrawal of these countries' property and bank assets in the West, and enforcement measures against government officials' immediate families and close relatives.
In short, they are using all possible and some impossible measures, like during the dark ages with the inquisition and the age of cruel colonial conquests. We know that this pressure has been placed in the best traditions of "a rules-based order" on virtually all countries that maintained and continue to maintain military-technical cooperation with the Russian Federation, as well as the countries that have obsolete, out-of-service or decommissioned Western weapons and ammunition with approaching or expired storage deadlines.
The former group includes various modifications of the T-72 and T-80 tanks, APCs of the first, second and third series, Mi-8, Mi-17, Mi-24, Mi-28 and Mi-35 helicopters, Su-25, Su-27 and Su-30 planes, and a broad range of components and parts for the above equipment, the D-20 and D-30, Akatsiya, Giatsint and Msta 122 mm and 152 mm artillery systems, surface-to-air missile systems Strela, Igla, Strela-10, Osa, Tor, Kub, Buk and S-300, as well as many other weapons systems.
As for the Western weapons many countries around the world have, they include various modifications of the first- and second-generation tanks Leopard 1 and 2 (Germany), the Bradley and Stryker fighting vehicles, the M113 APCs, the МaxxPro, Oshkosh and HMMWV (Humvee) vehicles (United States), the Bulldog, Stormer, Spartan, Scimitar, Wolfhound, Mastiff, Husky, Samaritan and Samson vehicles (Britain), the Marder and Dingo vehicles (Germany), AMX-10RC and VAB vehicles (France), the Bushmaster (Australia), CV-90 (Sweden) and Sisu vehicles (Finland), the artillery systems and howitzers M777 and M109 155 mm (United States), AS-90 (Britain), PzH 2000 and FH70 (Germany), Caesar and TRF1 (France), Krab (Poland), Dana (Czech Republic) and Zuzana (Slovakia).
The West is also looking for aircraft including the F-16 (United States), Mirage (France), Gripen (Sweden) and Super Tucano (Brazil), as well as air defence systems Stinger (United States), Mistral (France), RBS 70 (Sweden), KP-SAM (South Korea), Patriot, Hawk and Avenger (United States), Skyguard-Sparrow (United States-Switzerland), Rapier (Britain), Crotale and Roland (France), Spada 2000 (Spain) and Gepard (Germany).
The West has also displayed interest in remote mining and mine clearance systems, maintenance-recovery vehicles, and a broad range of special tracked and wheeled military vehicles. NATO and EU states and satellite countries, such as Australia, New Zealand, Sweden and Japan provide such weapons and ammunitions to Zelensky enthusiastically or under duress, both directly and indirectly. However, Russia's partners in the CSTO, the CIS, the SCO and BRICS have been pressured to do the same.
We continue to closely monitor the delivery of weapons, munitions and special vehicles to the criminal Kiev regime. We express gratitude to the countries that have the courage to stand up against the pressure of the collective West. We urge our allies, partners and likeminded countries to maintain their position of principle in this area and to resist the assurances and promises of compensation, dividends and all manner of concessions and incentives. Information about such deliveries via shell or similar companies under the pretext of leasing or safekeeping, with the markings removed or falsified, or by means of any other trickery will ultimately leak out and will have an extremely negative effect on the prospects of bilateral relations with the Russian Federation.
The current Ukraine crisis has been provoked by the United States and its North Atlantic allies when they brazenly betrayed the legitimate government of Viktor Yanukovych, supported the bloody neo-Nazi state coup in Kiev, played foul of the Minsk agreements, and actually condoned the genocide of Russian speakers in Donbass and Ukraine as a whole. It was against that disgusting background that they turned Ukraine into a weapon for delivering a "strategic defeat" to Russia in order to maintain their own military-political, financial, economic, scientific, manufacturing and technological domination for years to come, and to spread their highly disputable cultural and civilisational values.
