West seeks to prolong war in Ukraine: Iran FM Spox

Tehran, IRNA -- Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Nasser Kanaani has categorically dismissed the recent allegations by the American publication that Iran is negotiating with Russia and China to purchase some materials with military use.
In an exclusive interview with IRNA, Kanaani said the purpose of such news is to prolong the war in Ukraine.
He added that the purpose of releasing such clumsy news is to keep the minds away from sending Western weapons to Ukraine in order to pursue its strategic goals by prolonging the war in the country.
