FM Spox reiterates Iranian nationals exit from Ukraine

Tehran, IRNA -- Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh stressed prompt establishment of a crisis management headquarters at Foreign Ministry on Ukraine crisis, saying that the necessary coordination has been made aiming at better managing the situation and facilitating the departure of Iranian nationals from Kiev.
Khatibzadeh said the Iranian Foreign Ministry has taken extensive measures since the beginning of the crisis in Ukraine.
He also referred to Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian's phone call with his Russian and Ukrainian counterparts, as well as his contact with Iran ambassador to Ukraine.
He went on to say that Iran diplomatic mission in Kiev is in touch with all Iranian nationals and will answer their questions.
Elsewhere in his remarks, Khatibzadeh pointed to measures taken for transferring Iranian expatriates from Ukraine by plane.
He noted that the Iranian foreign ministry has instructed Iranian embassies in the neighboring states with Ukraine to which Iranian nationals can travel.
