A new wave of misinformation attack on the situational awareness system used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine was started.
Today, Russian propaganda resources launched a new military psychological operation by spreading misinformation about the alleged hacking of the situational awareness system used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This operation was launched immediately after the expert and developers successfully presented the recently updated version of this system at the annual NATO Tide Sprint conference in USA.
The enemy started to spread information about the alleged hacking of the system and access to its data through the network of massive propaganda sources.
In order to prevent the prospect of reputational damage and harm to users of the system by Ukrainian Armed Forces, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine informs, that ar present the system works stably, the data in it is reliably protected, and no unauthorized penetration have been recorded.
The Ministry of Defense has the best IT developers and cyber security specialists working on system protection, who monitor enemy activity in real time.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is aware that the information systems and tools used by our defenders are a strategic target for the enemy, as is the country's critical or energy infrastructure. At the same time, the Ministry of Defense states that this military psychological operation was not successful.
