The US and the EU are trying to dissolve the agreement on the Ukrainian crisis settlement reached between head of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and the opposition on February 21, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told a press conference in Tunis following a meeting with his Tunisian counterpart Mongi Hamdi.
'The US and the EU are actually trying to dissolve the agreement on the Ukrainian crisis settlement reached between head of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych and the opposition on February 21, which provides for the establishment of a national unity government, constitutional reform, surrender of illegal weapons, rescue of streets and cities from armed gangs.. Russia to not change it's position on Ukraine - FM Lavrov
Russia will not change its stance on the situation in Ukraine, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
'Russia's position is honest, and because it is honest we will not change it,' Lavrov told a press conference in Tunisia following a meeting with his Tunisian counterpart Mongi Hamdi.
Russian servicemen in Sevastopol are guided with Black Sea fleet agreement and appeals from Ukranina legitimate authorities, Russia FM said.
Lavrov also spoke on threat of Westgern sanction on Russia: 'I hope our partners will understand that they are counterproductive.'
