Taiwan holds computer-aided war games

Taipei, April 25 (CNA) The military began a series of computer-aided war games Monday that will continue non-stop for five days and four nights, as part of this year's Han Kuang series of military exercises, according to the Ministry of National Defense (MND).
The war games, which are designed to test the military's combat capabilities, are the first stage of the Han Kuang No. 32 exercises.
They will be followed by two rounds of live-fire drills in August and between October and November.
The August event will focus on live-action exercises, while the October-November event will focus on confrontation exercises between different military branches, according to the MND.
