Tehran, Sept 12, IRNA -- Russia called upon the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) not to allow any act of provocation by the use of chemical weapons in Idleb province.
Permanent Representative of Russia to OPCW Alexander Shulgin said that the Organization should speak up to prevent the occurrence of any provocative act, SANA reported from Berlin.
The Russian Defense Ministry had revealed reliable information confirming that terrorist organization started filming scenes of a fabricated chemical attack in Jisr al-Shughour city in the countryside of Idleb to accuse the Syrian Arab Army of committing it.
