Russia calls for preparing ground for return of Syrian refuges

Tehran, Sept 7, IRNA -- Russian president on Friday called for reconstruction of Syria and planning the return of refugees.
Speaking at a trilateral summit in Tehran, which was held on Friday evening with the presence of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, Vladimir Putin also called for establishment of Syria's constitutional committee under supervision of the UN in Geneva.
He also urged formation of a center for refugees in Damascus and another coordination center for them in Moscow.
Putin encouraged joint efforts for reconstruction of Syria's infrastructure, including the country's industry and agriculture.
The Russian president referred to liberation of 90 percent of Syrian territory from terrorists and cautioned the international community against the danger of the remaining terrorist groups in Idlib, northwest of Syria.
Putin lauded the role of Astana peace process as well as Tehran trilateral summit in resolution of Syria crisis.
Tehran's trilateral summit on Syria kicked off on Friday evening with the presence of Iranian, Russian and Turkish presidents.
Iranian president Hassan Rouhani, Russian president and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan discussed Syria crisis in the meeting.
Tehran summit was held while the Syrian army is preparing to liberate the last major stronghold of terrorist groups in Idlib in northwestern Syria.
