49 Daesh terrorists killed in clashes with Syrian army

Damascus, April 26, IRNA -- Some 49 members of the Takfiri terrorist group of Daesh were killed in clashes with the Syrian army in south of Damascus Wednesday, according to an entity called the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
The entity which is affiliated to the Syrian dissident groups said the terrorists were killed by the Syrian army at Yarmuk camp and Hajar al-Aswad neighborhood , south of Damascus.
The Syrian army units and jet fighters on Wednesday continued pounding the positions of terrorists belonging to Daesh and Tahrir al-Sham (AL-Nusra) Front.
The attacks on Yarmuk camp and Hajar al-Aswad located in Rif-Dimashq Province, also known as Damascus countryside began eight days ago when negotiations on withdrawal of terrorists from the region failed.
The region is now under full siege of the Syrian army and popular forces.
