QUESTION: Richard, on Syria.
MR. BOUCHER: On Syria?
QUESTION: Yeah. There would seem to be a little, some confusion between the Syrians and the Russians yesterday over Russian assistance or alleged Russian assistance to Syrian nuclear power plants. Are you aware of this at all? Apparently, the Russian Foreign Ministry posted something on its website saying that there was -- that an agreement had been reached between the two countries on nuclear assistance, and then it was apparently taken down and someone else said it was all -- had all been a big mistake. Nevertheless, it led to some -- you guys expressed concern about potential Syrian nuclear activity for --
MR. BOUCHER: It is a very interesting question, but I do not think I am in a position to clarify any matters between the Russians and the Syrians.
QUESTION: Are you aware of this?
MR. BOUCHER: I personally was not. But I am not going to sit here and speak for either the Russians or the Syrians.
