Pacific Fleet's ship detachment arrives at port of Sattahip to participate in events with Royal Thai Navy

The detachment of ships of the Pacific Fleet consisting of the frigate Marshal Shaposhnikov, the corvette Gremyashchiy, and the large sea tanker Boris Butoma arrived at the port of Sathip of the Kingdom of Thailand.
At the pier of the naval base, the ship detachment of the Pacific Fleet was welcomed by representatives of the command of the Royal Thai Navy and the Russian military attaché.
Over the next few days, Russian sailors are facing a series of protocol and sporting events with servicemen of the Royal Thai Navy, as well as visiting sightseeings and culture events.
It is also planned to visit the frigate Marshal Shaposhnikov by the ambassador of the Russian Federation, representatives of the Royal Thai Navy and Russian citizens living in the country.
The Pacific Fleet's detachment of ships left the port of Vladivostok on 1 October for a long-range mission in the Asia-Pacific Region and key areas of the World Ocean.
