On September 9, the Moroccan side initiated a telephone conversation between Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccan Expatriates of the Kingdom of Morocco Nasser Bourita.
The dialogue primarily centred on practical matters pertaining to the further enhancement of the traditionally friendly Russian-Moroccan relations across political, trade, economic, and other spheres.
Sergey Lavrov and Nasser Bourita also exchanged views on regional and international issues of mutual interest.
