On August 25, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a telephone conversation with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov.
The two ministers discussed several bilateral cooperation matters, as well as the upcoming contacts between Russia and Turkmenistan, including consultations at the foreign ministry level.
