Russia and Azerbaijan share friendly, allied relations. I am convinced that by working together we can further expand our constructive bilateral cooperation and partnership ties in international affairs. This fully meets the interests of our nations and will contribute to strengthening security and stability in the South Caucasus and the Caspian Region."
