On 3 February 2025, Deputy Minister of Defence of Russia Colonel General Aleksandr Fomin held a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Thailand to Russia Sasiwat Wongsinsawat.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the status and prospects for the development of bilateral military cooperation, to include in the field of strengthening international and regional security.
The talks took place in a traditionally friendly and trusting atmosphere.
