02.10.2024
Naval search and strike force group from the Troops and Forces in the North-East returned to the home station on Kamchatka after carrying out missions in the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Okhotsk.
The small anti-submarine ships MPK-107 and MPK-82 performed the tasks of the exercise, and patrolled the designated zone of the Pacific Ocean studying new voyage areas in the remote zone.
During the exercise, the surface group participated in separate episodes of the Russia-China naval exercise Beibu/Interaction 2024. The ships carried out tasks on anti-submarine and air defence, and security and defence of the ship's group during anchorage in an unsafe roadstead.
Ships have passed over 5,000 nautical miles during the month, and performed more than 20 combat exercises. The crews gained experience of using subassemblies and tools during long working hours.
After replenishing the supply of POL and food and recreation for the crews, the ships will continue to carry out tasks according to the Fleet's combat training plan.
