The head of the enterprise reported to the Russian Defence Minister that the purchase of new equipment and transition to a 12-hour working shift allowed to increase the number of manufactured complexes in the current year by two times, and in 2025 will allow to increase by four times.
'We have flexible working hours. We have a 12-hour working shift, six days a week. Sometimes we work every day. It depends on the amount of work. When it is necessary, we stay late at the work', said assembly line worker Ivan Berbatukhin reported to the head of the Russian military department.
'Good work. Thank you,' said Sergei Shoigu.
The Russian Defence Minister was presented a system of additional protection of radar complexes against munitions with defeat elements developed at the enterprise.
Director General of the Strela defence industry enterprise Vyacheslav Chapkin reported that this system is made of metal sheets and anti-fragmentation blankets with a set of reflectors and simulators of thermal and radar radiation, which allows to significantly increase survivability of hardware and personnel in the conditions of the special military operation.
'It is a highly demanded product. We plan to install such protection on every armoured vehicles', said the Russian Defence Ministry.
Also, the head of the Russian military inspected the production of modern means of destruction of the enterprise Research and Production Association SPLAV named after A.N.Ganichev.

Following the results of the work, the Russian Defence Minister held a working meeting with the Governor of the Tula Region Aleksey Dyumin, heads of enterprises, and representatives of the relevant military authorities.
The head of the Russian Defence Ministry noted that the enterprises produce a large range of weaponry and military hardware. 'This applies both to rocket and tube artillery, it also applies to means of counter-battery warfare,' Sergei Shoigu said.
The Russian Defence Minister demanded to adjust the schedule of deliveries to the troops for the entire range of weaponry produced, to shift the deadlines for the transfer of equipment to the 2-3rd quarters, as well as to maintain an even delivery of weapons throughout the year.
General of the Army Sergei Shoigu stressed that the President had earlier decided to prepare a schedule and a list of instructions. 'The tasks are set. On everything related to the allocation of funds, determination and approval of schedules for the delivery of missiles to MLRS, on the projectiles, on the vehicles themselves, as well as on the transport and loading and launching systems'. 'The President's instruction is being implemented and the timetable is generally adhered to. It pleases us', the Russian Defence Minister noted.
'Today we will discuss how we can optimise the schedules for the transfer of weapons and military equipment to the left in order to shift deliveries to the troops for the most part from the second half of the year to the first half of the year,' the Russian Defence Minister said.
General of the Army Sergei Shoigu also emphasised that the enterprises have undergone serious changes since the previous inspection. For certain samples of weapons and military equipment, it was possible to reduce the production time from 6-8 months to one and a half months.
'This is a great merit of the heads of these enterprises, and, of course, of the engineers and specialists who work here. I would like to thank Yan Valentinovich (Director General of Almaz-Antey joint stock company), he has done a lot during this period,' the Russian Defence Minister said.
