
Council of CIS Defence Ministers to discuss global military and political situation

Delegation heads of defence ministries from eight countries have arrived in Tula to participate in a meeting of the Council of CIS Defence Ministers.
During the meeting, they are going to discuss a range of issues of military and military-technical cooperation of mutual interest. They will also exchange views on the current military and political situation in the world.
Delegations of the defence departments of Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan have arrived in Tula. Before the meeting, the heads of the delegations laid flowers at the Memorial Complex Three Bayonets on Victory Square.
They honoured the memory of the soldiers who died during the Great Patriotic War with a minute's silence. The ceremony ended with a solemn march of the Honour Guard Company.
