During the telephone conversation, Vladimir Putin congratulated President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on his birthday.
The two leaders reaffirmed their mutual resolve to continue to energetically promote strategic partnership and alliance between Russia and Uzbekistan.
Vladimir Putin also sent a message of greetings to the President of Uzbekistan.
