On July 6, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a working meeting with Head of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in Kazan.
The officials discussed in detail a number of practical matters related to the region's international and foreign trade activities. Sergey Lavrov noted positive dynamics in its collaboration with foreign partners in trade, the economy, science, technology and culture.
Sergey Lavrov also confirmed the Foreign Ministry's readiness to continue helping the Republic of Tatarstan to establish and strengthen foreign ties within the framework of the unified national foreign policy course.
