
Frigate Marshal Shaposhnikov leaves the Russian Pacific Fleet headquarters for antisubmarine drills

Frigate Marshal Shaposhnikov left Vladivostok for antisubmarine exercises.
At the Sea of Japan water the ship's crew is to conduct search of opposing force submarine, according to the ships combat drills plans.
At the drills' first stage, Frigate Marshal Shaposhnikov is to master combined makeovers with Ka-27PL naval aviation helicopter and locate enemy submarines.
At the drill's second stage, the ships crew will take part in drills to destroy enemy submarine.
During the exercises, the enemy submarine is represented by the Russian Pacific Fleet diesel electric submarine.
Also, the ship's personnel will perform tasks of protection and defense with the grenade throwing.
