Telephone conversation with President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev

Following Russia-Azerbaijan top-level talks held in Moscow on February 22, Vladimir Putin and President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev shared opinions in a telephone conversation on a number of current issues on bilateral and regional agendas.

The presidents also discussed the developments in connection with Russia's special military operation in Ukraine.
