In the past few days, the heads of the German, Danish and Swedish diplomatic missions in Moscow were summoned to the Foreign Ministry, and its officials expressed dismay in connection with the absence of an official response to the October 5, 2022 appeal from Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin to the leadership of these countries on involving representatives of Russian competent agencies and Gazprom in the joint investigation, conducted by Berlin, Copenhagen and Stockholm, of the September 26-27, 2022 acts of sabotage at the Nord Stream 1 and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines. At the same time, the media reports that other countries, including the United States, are involved in the investigation.

It was noted that if Russian experts are not allowed to take part in the ongoing investigation, Moscow will assume that the above-mentioned countries have something to hide or that they are covering up the perpetrators of these terrorist attacks. Certainly, Russia will not recognise any pseudo-results of this investigation, unless Russian specialists take part.
