Putin meets with Iranian President after arriving in Tehran

Tehran (ISNA) - Russian President Vladimir Putin, who traveled to Tehran on Tuesday evening, immediately after arriving at the airport, went to the Presidential Administration and met with Ayatollah Ebrahim Raisi.
In this meeting, the presidents of Iran and Russia discussed further development of relations in various fields, including energy, transit and commercial exchanges, as well as regional developments.
After the bilateral talks, the two presidents went to the Supreme Leader's office to meet with him.
In addition, Vladimir Putin in Tehran will hold a bilateral meeting with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdo─čan as well. It seems that alongside the issue of Syria, the Russian and Turkish Presidents will discuss the Ukraine's conflict, food security and the grain export from Ukraine.
Also, Putin will attend the new round of Astana Summit with Iranian, Turkish and Syrian Presidents, and probably at the end of the Summit, he will discuss the results of the Summit at the joint press conference.
