On September 22, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg on the sidelines of the 76th session of the UN General Assembly.
They discussed the current status of Russia-NATO relations.
The Russian party once again firmly drew attention to specific Russian proposals for de-escalation and for scaling down tensions along the contact line.
