“A total of 1,686 reports were submitted, including 978 from voters, 339 from parties, 149 from State Duma lawmakers, 81 from members of election commissions and 41 from candidates. One hundred and ninety-five of them proved to be true, which makes up 11.5%,” CEC member Sergei Danilenko told reporters.
Local electoral commissions received 4,406 complaints, 789 of them proved to be true.
The election official said law-enforcers launched probes into some of the reports.
