- South Korea, Japan, US Agree to Share Secrets About North Korea Sputnik 29 Dec 2014 -- Amid growing security threats in northeast Asia, South Korea, the United States and Japan signed a military agreement on the exchange of classified intelligence information on North Korea's missile and nuclear programs. The agreement is entering into force on December 29, the South Korean Ministry of Defense confirmed.
