April 13, 2011
Pakistani officials say that a suspected U.S. drone attack has killed six militants in Pakistan's tribal area near the Afghan border.
A Pakistani military official said on condition of anonymity that four missiles were fired.
He said the missiles targeted a vehicle, killing six suspected militants.
Another Pakistani security official confirmed the attack near the small town of Angoor Adda in the South Waziristan district, around six kilometers from the border with Afghanistan.
The United States has a policy of neither confirming nor denying such attacks.
