IRNA - Islamic Republic News Agency

At least two others were injured when the drone fired two missiles at Gangi Khel area, some 6 kilometers from Wana, the center of South Waziristan.
TV channels have put death toll at four.

Witnesses said that a vehicle came under attack after armed men fired at the drone from the vehicle. They said all those died are locals.
The militants and the people rushed to the site and pulled the bodies off the rubbles.

The attack came a day after the visit to Islamabad by the US special envoy for Pakistan and Afghanistan, Richard Holbrooke, and Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee Chairman Admiral Mike Mullen.

Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi admitted after talks with the US officials that the two sides failed to remove differences over the US drone attacks.

President Asif Ali Zardari on Wednesday called on America to provide his country with an arsenal of drones and missiles to target the militants that are blamed for a wave of violence, rather than carrying out independent operations that violate the nation's sovereignty.
