Three killed as Pakistan forces bomb house of militant leader

Islamabad, Feb. 25, IRNA -- Pakistani security forces Tuseday destroyed the house of leader of an extremist group in the country's tribal region and killed three militants, spokesman for Lashkar-e-Islam said.
Gunmen ship helicopters bombed the house of Mangal Bagh and killed three members of the group and injured thirteen others at Khyber agency, spokesman Haji Mistri Gul said.
Mangal bagh was not in the house during the shelling at the town of Bara, he said.
Four militant groups are active in Khyber agency, a strategic route for supplies to the Nato forces in Afghanistan.
Militants regularly attack NATO supplies trucks on the route.
"We will hold peaceful protest demonstrations to condemn the immoral and illogical act of the security forces," the spokesman said. He said that the action was carried out by security forces to make United States and the Americans happy.
A local hospital confirmed 13 injured were brought to the hospital.
