Pakistan-Air Force-Crash
A Pakistan Air Force (PAF) fighter aircraft crashed on Tuesday in the eastern Punjab province, a PAF statement said.
Pakistan Air Force reports with regret that an F-7 fighter aircraft, while on a routine operational training mission, crashed near Jhang (Punjab province), the statement said.
The crash apparently occurred due to technical malfunction, it said.
The pilot of the aircraft ejected safely and no loss of civilian life or property has been reported, it added.
A board of inquiry has been ordered by Air Headquarters to determine the cause of accident, the statement said.
