Islamabad, Dec 18, IRNA -- A bomb rocked a multi-storey building that houses offices of ministers in the southwestern Pakistani city of Quetta on Saturday but there was no casualty, a senior police officer said. The bomb was laid in a bathroom of the third-floor of the cabinet block in Quetta, the capital of Baluchistan province which exploded at 3:45 p.m. when most of the employees had gone after official timings, police officer Pervez Bhatti said. It is the second blast in Quetta in less than 10 days. At least 11 people including two army personnel were killed and 30 injured in a bomb explosion at a market in Quetta on Dec 10. Saturday`s blast destroyed the bathroom and smashed windows of nearby offices of provincial ministers. No one has claimed responsibility of the attack. But a little known group, the Baluchistan Liberation Army, has taken responsibility of such attacks. The bomb disposal staff searched the building but did not find any other explosive. Correspondents said there is a high security belt around the building as it housed offices of ministers and other senior officials. The entry of motorcycle and bicycle are banned to enter and the people are thoroughly searched. TK/TSH/2322/1432
