IRNA - Islamic Republic News Agency
Islamabad, Aug 21, IRNA - Pakistan`s Prime Minister Shujaat Hussain Saturday said that dialogue process with India will continue despite "infiltration charges" by some Indian leaders. Indian Army Chief said this week that infiltration of militants from the Pakistani territory into the Indian controlled Kashmir has been doubled. "Indian accusations should not get importance," Shujaat told reporters after launching a website of the ruling Muslim League at its central office in Islamabad. "Pakistan wants peace in the region and pleads for peaceful solution of the Kashmir issue," he added. "President (General Pervez) Musharraf`s policy of dialogue with India would be pursued to find a solution to all disputes including the core Kashmir issue," the premier said asking India to desist from leveling allegations against Pakistan. "Leveling accusations is an easy task but there should be evidence. We can also make counter allegation but we will ignore statements by some Indian leaders." About the new cabinet, he said it would be formed with consultations and the process would begin after the new prime minister takes vote. Foreign ministers of the two countries are scheduled to meet in New Delhi on September 5th and 6th to review outcome of the months of dialogue between the officials of the two countries on several disputes including Kashmir.
