in a clash between Pakistani paramilitary forces and armed suspects
early Wednesday in the country`s tribal region, close to the Afghan
border.
According to local reporters, a group of militants attacked a
government building with rockets early Wednesday at Ladha, about 30
kilometers north of Wana, the main town in South Waziristan. The
attack sparked a gun battle.
