On 29 July 2025, the Council adopted Council Implementing Decision (EU) 2025/17051 .
The Council Implementing Decision deletes the entry for one person and maintains the restrictive measures against all other persons and entities mentioned in the lists set out in Annexes II and IV to Decision (CFSP) 2015/1333.
Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Republic of Moldova, and Ukraine align themselves with this Council Decision.
They will ensure that their national policies conform to this Council Decision.
The European Union takes note of this commitment and welcomes it.
