TEHRAN (ISNA)-Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said the country is ready to transfer its experiences for rebuilding Libya.

Mehmanparast said that a humiliating and dishonorable fate awaits oppressors that trample upon the rights of their nations.

He also extended Iran's felicitations to Libya's National Transitional Council (NTC) and the Libyan nation over the fall of former dictator Muammar Gaddafi's regime. The senior Foreign Ministry official added the Libyan nation finally achieved their objective through resistance and persistent struggle.

Mehmanparast expressed hope that the end of Gaddafi's dictatorship would begin a new chapter in Libya's political life, end the months-long civil war in the North Africa country, and prepare the ground for the formation of a democratic government for Libyans.

The Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman also called on the US-led NATO forces to immediately withdraw from Libya and said that the Libyan people need to determine their own destiny in an atmosphere free from any foreign intervention.

Gaddafi was killed following his capture in his hometown, Sirte on Thursday. The body of Libya's slain strongman has reportedly been brought to the western port city of Misratah.

Libya's Interim Prime Minister Mahmoud Jibril called on neighboring Algeria to hand over members of Gaddafi's family, who fled Libya in August. Two of Gaddafi's sons, his daughter and his wife are in Algeria.

Also on Thursday, Mo'tassim Gaddafi, another son of Libya's deposed ruler, was found dead in Sirte after NTC forces overcame Gaddafi's loyalists in the northern coastal city.

Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, the influential second son of the slain Libyan ruler, was also captured wounded during clashes with revolutionary fighters near the city of Sirte, situated 400 kilometers (250 miles) east of the capital Tripoli

NTC official Abdel Majid said that head of Gaddafi's armed forces Abu Bakr Younus Jabr had been killed during the capture of Libya's slain ruler.
