Summary	Iraqi corps in Kuwait and southeastern Iraq continue to sustain
	significant losses; III, IV, and vn corps are assessed to be
	marginally combat effective, and the Republican Guard is assessed to 	
	be moderately combat effective. Damage to the Iraqi airfield infra-
	structure continued to mount, with increasing damage noted to mu-
	nition, fuel, and maintenance facilities. Iraq 's integrated air defense
	system continued to be degraded. All of Iraq's 22 S-shaped chemical
	weapon-associated bunkers have been destroyed. Iraq's capability to
	produce chemical weapon agents at identifed locations has been
	degraded by 75 percent. Practically all of the laboratories at the
	Baghdad Nuclear Research Center, which could have been  used for
	a near-term nuclear explosives capability, now have been destroyed
	or severely damaged. Only 4 of the 28 short-range ballistic missile
	fixed launcher sites in western Iraq remain fully operational.

Nuclear. Practically all of the laboratories at the Baghdad 
Nuclear Research Center, which the Iraqis could have used for 
a near-term nuclear explosives capability, now have been 
destroyed or have suffered severe damage. In addition, several 
facilities that are suspected of having been involved in the 
Iraqi long-term nuclear weapon program also have suffered 
heavy damage.
Biological. All of Iraq's known capability to store biological 
warfare or other war material requiring refrigerated storage 
has been established. 
Chemical. All 22 S-shaped bunkers have been destroyed or 
damaged. Irag's capability to produce chemical warfare agent 
at identified locations has been degraded by at least 75 
percent. Reports suggest that other Iraq production facilities 
exist,but their locations and functions remain unconfirmed.
