Iran rules out alleged capture of Iraqi oilfield

Tehran, Dec 19, IRNA -- Head of Majlis Commission on National Security and Foreign Policy on Saturday strongly ruled out the alleged capture of Iraqi oilfield by Iranian armed forces.
Alaeddin Boroujerdi told IRNA that the issue is being investigated by the diplomatic officials.
He added if the investigations show any problem, it will be solved soon.
Referring to Tehran-Baghdad friendly relations, the parliamentarian said the allegation is in a series of propaganda campaign by the foreigners to damage the brotherly ties between the two Islamic states.
