
Bomb Blasts in Iraqi Capital Kill At Least 6

Iraqi police say bomb blasts in Baghdad have killed at least six people and wounded more than 20 others.
Officials say one roadside bomb Monday struck a minibus in central Baghdad's Karradah neighborhood, killing at least three people.
In another incident, a bomb exploded in a square in the capital's southeastern Zafaraniyah district. As police rushed to the scene, a second bomb exploded. Three people were killed and 11 others wounded in the Zafaraniyah attack.
In other news, the U.S.-funded Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty says one of its correspondents is missing in Iraq.
The Prague-based broadcaster did not identify the reporter. It says she went missing on her way to an interview in Baghdad. The radio station says police found the body of her driver shot and dumped in the street.
Elsewhere, Iraqi officials say police killed six Shi'ite militants in a battle in the holy city of Karbala Sunday.
Police say gunmen killed an adviser to a senior Sunni politician in Baghdad Thursday. The adviser, Ahmed al-Mashhadani, worked for the leader of parliament's main Sunni bloc, Adnan al-Dulaimi.
In other news, the Czech government has approved a plan to withdraw 80 of its 100 troops from Iraq. Czech Defense Minister Vlasta Parkanova made the announcement today in Prague. She said the troops, who are in southern Iraq, will operate in the region until mid-2008.
