Iraq's SCIRI leader in Tehran

Iran-Iraq-Hakim
Leader of the Supreme Council of the Islamic Revolution in Iraq (SCIRI) Seyed Abdul Aziz al Hakim arrived here Tuesday morning.
He is scheduled to hold talks with ranking Iranian officials.
Hakim is to meet with First Vice President Mohammad Reza Aref this afternoon.
