• Small Rewards program to aid in capturing terrorists MNF-I/MNC-I 05 Feb 2005 -- The Multi-National Security Transition Command-Iraq is using the "Small Rewards" program to collect information or non-lethal assistance that results in the capture of a person, weapon or documents on a wanted list.
• Multi-National Forces detain four MNF-I/MNC-I 05 Feb 2005 -- Multi-National Forces from 1st Brigade, 25th Infantry Division (Stryker Brigade Combat Team), detained four individuals in northern Iraq Feb. 4.
• 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit set to return home MNF-I/MNC-I 05 Feb 2005 -- After seven months of triumph and heartache in one of the most dangerous regions in Iraq, the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit is headed home.

• RICE/TURKEY VOA 05 Feb 2005 -- Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice met Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Ankara Saturday, as she continued a fast-paced tour of Europe and the Middle East. She assured Turkey, which is worried about Kurdish separatism, that the United States is firmly committed to a unified Iraq.

• IRAQ / SUNNI PARTY VOA 05 Feb 2005 -- In a setback to Iraqi hopes of creating an inclusive transitional government after last Sunday's historic elections, the country's largest Sunni-Arab political party announced on Saturday that it will take no part in government, except in the drafting of the country's constitution.
