Suicide Bombers Target Iraqi Oil Facilities VOA News 24 Apr 2004 -- Suicide bombers attempted boat attacks against Iraqi oil facilities Saturday, killing two U.S. sailors, after a day of violence left 29 Iraqis and four American soldiers dead elsewhere in Iraq.
