Assalamu alaikum warhamatullah wabarakatoh

What is the position of our dear Marja and Sayyid vis-à-vis Iraq's interim constitution for the transition period ?

In the Name of The Almighty

His Eminence has previously clarified his reservations regarding the 15th of November accord that; any law drafted for the transition period will not gain legitimacy unless approved by the elected national assembly. In addition, this law places obstacles in reaching a permanent constitution for the country that preserves its unity and the rights of its people from all ethnicities and sects.
