• Iraqi Leaders May Sign New Constitution March 8, Bremer Says Washington File 07 Mar 2004 -- Iraqi political leaders moving the nation toward self-government could well sign off on an interim constitution on March 8, the U.S. civilian administrator in Iraq says.
• IRAQ / BREMER VOA 07 Mar 2004 -- The top U-S official in Iraq says he is optimistic the new interim Iraqi constitution will be signed Monday, after a last-minute disagreement delayed Friday's signing ceremony.
