- At Least 21 Killed In Coordinated Iraq Attack VOA 14 Feb 2004 -- Scores of heavily armed insurgents attacked a police station and a building belonging to the Iraqi Civil Defense Corps in the city of Al-Fallujah today, killing at least 21 people and injuring some 30 others.

- I-C-R-C/SADDAM VOA 14 Feb 2004 -- The International Committee of the Red Cross says the U-S-led coalition in Iraq has given the agency the "green light" to visit Saddam Hussein, the former Iraqi leader. The I-C-R-C says the terms of the visit are being worked out.
