MEMBER OF 'IRAQI TOP 55' IN COALITION CONTROL

CAMP AS SAYLIYAH, Qatar -- Abd al-Khaliq Abd Al-Gafar was taken into custody yesterday by Coalition forces. He was the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research. He is No. 43 on the U.S. Central Command 'Iraqi Top 55' list.
