V-O-A's Paula Wolfson reports he spoke shortly after an Arab television network showed images of what appeared to be dead and captured American soldiers. TEXT: The president says anyone who mistreats a prisoner will be considered a war criminal. /// BUSH ACT /// I expect them to be treated, the P-O-W's, I expect to be treated humanely. Just like we are treating the prisoners we have captured humanely. /// END ACT /// Speaking to reporters as he returned to the White House from his Camp David presidential retreat, Mr. Bush said he grieves for all those lost in battle. /// BUSH ACT /// We pray for their families.
