V-O-A's Paula Wolfson reports, President Bush wants quick action from the Security Council. TEXT: The president says the new resolution makes a simple point: Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein is not disarming, as required by the United Nations. /// BUSH ACT /// We are going to work with the members of the Security Council in the days ahead to make it clear to Saddam that the demands of the world and the United Nations will be enforced. /// END ACT /// Mr. Bush says it is an "interesting moment" for the Security Council and the United Nations. He says the relevance of the world body is at stake. /// BUSH ACT /// Is it going to be a body that means what it says?
