- Coalition Forces Remain on the Offensive, Enemy Tactics Change AFPS 30 Nov 2003 -- Coalition forces remain on the offensive against anti- coalition elements, and continue stability and support operations in Iraq to enable the restoration of a free Iraq, reported Army Brig. Gen. Mark Kimmitt, deputy director of operations, Combined Joint Task Force 7, today from Baghdad.
- IRAQ / ATTACKS VOA 30 Nov 2003 -- The U-S military in Iraq says its troops have repelled several attempted ambushes on Sunday, killing 46 Iraqis, wounding 18, and capturing another eight in the town of Samarra, near Tikrit. The number of Iraqis killed by U-S troops may be the largest since President Bush declared an end to major combat in Iraq on May 1st.
- IRAQ / AMBUSH VOA 30 Nov 2003 -- Two South Korean contractors in Iraq have been killed and two others wounded in an ambush, north of Baghdad. This was the latest of several roadside attacks in Iraq in the past two days, targeting citizens of countries allied with the United States.

- JAPAN IRAQ VOA 30 Nov 2003 -- Japan's prime minister has vowed not to give in to terrorism, after two Japanese diplomats were killed in an attack in Iraq. It is the first time Japan has suffered casualties in Iraq since the start of the U-S led war there.
- Kharrazi in telephone conversation with Annan on Iraq IRNA 30 Nov 2003 -- Foreign Minister Kamal Kharrazi in a telephone conversation with UN Secretary General Kofi Annan on Sunday said that the opinion of the Iraqi people and religious leaders should be taken into account in the future political set-up of the country.
